My Journey
I spent over 25 years in luxury retail management, running multi-million-dollar operations for brands like Chanel, Hugo Boss, and Ferragamo. I gained incredible experience in what drives sales, customer experience, and brand positioning—but I often felt something was missing, like I was meant for something more aligned with my values.
After facing a serious health crisis that changed everything and becoming a mum to two beautiful boys, my perspective shifted completely. I realized life isn’t about chasing distant goals—it’s about being present for what matters now and building something that supports the life you want to live today.
That’s when I discovered my passion for digital marketing. I brought together my retail expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to build marketing strategies that actually drive results. All those years of understanding what makes customers buy, how to position brands, and how to grow operations gave me a unique edge in the digital space.
Now, my mission is clear: to help business owners create sustainable marketing strategies that grow their businesses without consuming their lives. I bring the strategic thinking of big retail with the personal touch of someone who truly understands what you’re building—and why it matters.
I’ve seen too many businesses crumble under the weight of false promises. I’ve watched women burn out, chasing success that didn’t align with their values—preaching balance but living in chaos. I know this cycle well because I lived it. I spent years in jobs that drained me, always thinking I was the problem.
But the truth was, I wasn’t living in alignment with my values. My health crisis became the wake-up call I didn’t expect but desperately needed. It reminded me that time is precious, and life isn’t about waiting for an end goal—it’s about enjoying the journey, fully, every day.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping women cut through the noise of hustle culture. You don’t need to chase someone else’s definition of success. Together, we can create a business that aligns with your values, moves at your pace, and brings real meaning to your life without sacrificing what matters most.
My goal is to help you find that alignment. To stop the hustle, build a business that supports the life you want to live, and raise children who see their parents happy, fulfilled, and present. We can build businesses as unique as we are, while enjoying the journey—because this is the life we’re living, right now.
Frank and Freda is a tribute to my family. While the name comes from my husband’s grandparents, it’s also an ode to my own grandparents and how important family is to both of us. With my husband’s family in the UK and mine spread out, we’ve had to create our own version of family.
In a world where we’re often far from the people we love, that sense of connection and community is more important than ever. Many people think working for yourself or from home can feel isolating, but for me, my clients have become a huge part of my life. Frank and Freda is about building those connections—creating a “work family” where we support one another, lift each other up, and share in each other’s journeys.
