I’m Sarah — a digital marketing partner for established ecommerce and service-based brands who want their marketing managed with precision.
After more than six years running my own business — and over two decades leading multi-million-dollar retail operations — I understand what drives revenue, customer loyalty and long-term brand growth.
I don’t rely on trends or noise. I build marketing that is structured, deliberate and commercially sound.

My Journey
Before starting Frank and Freda, I spent 25 years in luxury retail management, running multi-million-dollar stores for brands like Chanel, Hugo Boss and Ferragamo.
I was responsible for sales, teams, performance and customer experience. I understood what made people buy, how brands position themselves and how to grow something properly.
Then I faced a serious health crisis that forced everything to stop.
When you’re confronted with the fragility of your own life, perspective shifts quickly. You stop assuming there’s always more of it. You stop putting things off. You start asking different questions.
After I recovered and got my health back, I was lucky enough to become a mum. Having my boys after almost losing the chance to experience any of it gave me a very clear sense of what mattered.
I didn’t set out to “build a business.” I just knew I couldn’t go back to working in a way that felt disconnected from my life. I wanted work that felt real. Work that involved people. Work built on trust.
So I started helping business owners properly — stepping in across marketing, operations and customer experience, bringing structure where things felt messy and consistency where things felt reactive. It wasn’t surface-level advice. It was real support with clear direction and someone steady in their corner.
By focusing on helping other founders strengthen their businesses, I built my own. Frank and Freda grew from that place — from wanting to work in a way that felt honest and sustainable.
The retail experience never left me. It shapes how I think about standards, revenue, customer experience and long-term growth. And that experience now sits inside every business I work with.
I’ve seen businesses scale quickly and then strain under poor systems and reactive marketing.
I’ve seen founders carry too much because they don’t have someone they trust to take ownership properly.
Marketing doesn’t sit in isolation. It connects to operations, customer service, community, revenue and brand positioning. When one part slips, everything feels it.
That’s why I don’t just advise. I embed.
I manage the campaigns, the platforms, the content, the community and the backend systems that keep your marketing consistent and commercially effective.
Marketing shouldn’t rely on late nights or last-minute decisions.
It should be planned, built and maintained.
I care about helping businesses operate in a way that is commercially strong and personally sustainable — not chaotic, not dependent on urgency, and not built on noise.
Frank and Freda is named after my husband’s grandparents and is also a tribute to my own.
Family is central to how we live and work. With relatives spread across countries, connection has always been something we create intentionally.
That same philosophy shapes this business.
Many of my clients become long-term partners. I work with depth, not volume. The relationships matter. The trust matters.
Frank and Freda isn’t about building an empire. It’s about building something solid — for the people behind the brands.
