I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah M through a mutual friend. Our friend Zoe introduced us via a group email, saying, "Sarah! Meet another sensational, gorgeous mother of two reluctant to re-join the traditional workforce after maternity leave."

My ears pricked because this was my wheelhouse! I knew the pressures of the motherhood juggle all too well, and Sarah M had the end of her maternity leave looming large around the corner. Now with two tiny ones in tow, the idea of returning to a male-dominated industry/workplace had anxiety levels high.

"I was done. I was sick of feeling like my worth, or the quality of my work was being questioned when I believed it came down to a lack of direction and leadership. I could see the potential for so much more in my role, but I was constantly overlooked or shut out. I didn't know what to do, and then Zoe mentioned Sarah, and suddenly I had an option."

When I chatted with Sarah, I felt like I saw myself back in time, with two little boys of my own, needing to go back to work but terrified at the idea, and I knew I had to help.
